Parking & Arrival
There is free parking and also a disabled parking space.
Entry to No.62 is provided via a keysafe to which you will be given access – we send out emails to guests a few weeks beforehand with the latest information they need. Check in is after 3pm and check out by 11am.
Clean towels and bedding will be waiting for you, but take any towels you need for dogs or the beach – and slippers for the stone floors which can feel chilly.
A dog bed and puppy crate can be found under the beds in the twin bedroom.
There is a dishwasher with tablets but no washing machine. The village has a laundrette and a shop for food – see below.
In addition to television, there is a dvd player with lots of dvd’s also for entertainment if you decide to stay in.

Shops
There is a village shop (Tel: 0179 239 0077) which is open from 8am to late in the summer but in spring/autumn closes around 6pm except 4pm on Sundays. It’s a Premier convenience store with a wide variety of stock, and it also includes a bakery, post office, off-licence & cash machine.
You will also find a hairdressers and a laundrette, plus a pharmacy and a doctors surgery across the road.
Food & Drink
There is the Smugglers Beach bar & restaurant in Port Eynon whose Facebook page you can see by clicking here, but the nearest place for food is probably Chips Ahoy, a fish & chip takeaway not far away in the village.
Other pubs not too far away are the Ship in Port Eynon and the King Arthur in Reynoldston.
Swimming Pool & Games Room
The indoor swimming pool in the village also has a jacuzzi and is available 1st April – 30th September from 10am to 7pm daily.
A disabled changing room is available complete with wheel in shower.
There is firm seating around the poolside and a hoist for disabled access.
The pool has lockers available at various heights for ease of access, and ramped & stepped access to the pool side from the changing rooms.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
The games room has pool tables, video games and vending machines, plus a viewing area over the swimming pool. It is a split level area with both a ramp and steps, and has firm seating available.

Tumble Tots
This is an indoor soft play area for children up to 10 years old which costs £3.00 per child, who must be supervised by an adult. Further information is available from reception.
Play Area
There is an outside play area with swings and slides for children to use under adult supervision.
Beaches
The beaches now have car parking charges except for National Trust members at their sites, so you may need to take some change with you.
Phone Access
Mobile phone reception is variable locally but there is also a public telephone available at reception.
